Are you a weekend baker? It’s one of our favorite hobbies (after decanting flour into Cambros)—and a big part of the reason we drop episodes of She’s My Cherry Pie on Saturdays. Most game-changing baking tip
Sally McKenney made us realize that you can make any cheesecake recipe as bars in a 9”x13” pan to skip the annoying water bath. Really hate a water bath.
Biggest mind-blowing food science moment
Shilpa Uskokovic mentions that she boosts the flavor of brown butter (in everything from cake frosting to cookies) with a scoop of Bob’s Red Mill milk powder, which adds milk solids, aka flavor. Immediate buy.
The most fun fact we learned about host Jessie Sheehan
Her husband grows willow and is into basketweaving!!!
